The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry the meanings described below:

- Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per method.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

- Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳8,000. Example: A ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or a ৳10,000 deposit gives a maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳18,000.
- Wagering Requirement: You must wager the bonus amount 10 times. Example: A ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total bets — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.
- Winnings earned from bets placed with bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
- If a member violates bonus terms or misuses a bonus, that bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
- 55bmw reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
The VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and special benefits. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's consistent activity and contribution on the platform.
Betting Rules & Prohibited Activities
06 Betting Rules & Restrictions
The following general rules apply when betting on 55bmw:
- All bets are final and binding once confirmed. There is no option to cancel a bet for any reason.
- If a technical error causes an abnormal result to be displayed, 55bmw reserves the right to void that bet and return the funds.
- For sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount is generally returned.

- Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event using multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bmw platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

12 Account Closure & Suspension
55bmw may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) or providing false information.
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- No activity for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
- Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
In the event of account closure, any verifiable balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the relevant member, unless there is a reason for forfeiture due to a breach of terms and conditions. Members may also request to close their account at any time.
13 General Provisions
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is authoritative.
